What we treat

Orthodontics sits at the centre. Prosthodontics, maxillofacial surgery, periodontics, implantology and endodontics sit around it, in one place - so a case that needs two or three of them is treated here rather than sent elsewhere.

Removable trays, made to your own scan, changed every week or two until the teeth are where they should be. Most people will not notice you are wearing them.

  1. School Rishi Valley

    Humanity, integrity and quality - the three things he says he has worked by ever since.

  2. BDS, then MDS Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai

    A bachelor’s degree in dental surgery, then a master’s specialising in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopaedics.

  3. 1995 Align Dental Care opens

    In Shanthi Colony, Anna Nagar. Some of the patients who came that year are still coming.

  4. 1999 He starts teaching

    At Saveetha Dental College, immediately after finishing his own post-graduation. He has been in dental colleges around Chennai ever since.

  5. Along the way Best Teacher Award

    Given by Dr MGR Medical University, the university where he took both his own degrees.

  6. Today Professor and Head of Orthodontics

    At Karpagavinayaga Dental College. He is also chief orthodontist and head of the dental division at Prashanth Hospital, treasurer of the Indian Dental Association’s Greater Chennai branch, and a member of the Indian Orthodontic Society.
