He took his BDS and then his MDS in orthodontics at Dr MGR Medical University in Chennai, and founded Align Dental Care in 1995.
Teaching, since 1999
He began teaching at Saveetha Dental College in 1999, straight after his own post-graduation, and has been in dental colleges around Chennai since. He is Professor and Head of the Department of Orthodontics at Karpagavinayaga Dental College, and Dr MGR Medical University has given him its Best Teacher Award.
